Accessing the Client Portal: You will automatically gain access to your client portal at https://app.paperbell.com/client. The client portal is designed to provide you with easy access to your appointments, packages, and other important information related to your coaching sessions. Here’s how it works:
24/7 Access: The portal is available 24/7, allowing you to manage your appointments and access information at your convenience.
Features Available: Once logged in, you can:
- make new appointments
- view or change existing appointments
- see a complete history of your appointments and purchases
- review any survey answers or fill out new surveys
- download signed contracts
- access any downloads or resources provided
Please note that rescheduling is generally discouraged, so please only book appointments that you’re confident you’ll be able to attend. Of course, I understand that life happens and sometimes changes are inevitable! Please note, any no-show appointments are not eligible for rescheduling.
